 DHI·DCW Group Co., Ltd. designed and manufactured the first complete set of 700/500/500mm rough rolling mill through cooperation with another company in China in 1958; high-accuracy rod and wire rolling mills with 95m/s rolling speed, which was able to roll various alloyed steel and special steel with a high accuracy by cooperation with famous companies abroad in 1995; a complete set of equipments of 1500mm hot continuous rolling mill for Yinshan Steel Rolling Factory of Laiwu Iron & Steel Company, which was the first set of continuous casting and continuous milling project designed and manufactured by combination of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technology in 2005. Later, DHI·DCW Group Co., Ltd. has also developed 1700mm rough rolling mill for TangSteel, 1200mm cold rolling six-high rolling mill, cold rolling four-high rolling mill and cold rolling longitudinal shearing recoilers for TongSteel Company and 1500mm hot continuous rolling mill for Haixin etc.

DHI·DCW Group Co., Ltd. has rich experience in designing complete system, manufacturing small and medium sized section and wire rolling mill and hot strip rolling mill etc., and has supplied complete sets of high-speed wire rod mill, complete sets of rod mill, complete sets of hot continuous rolling mill and medium plate rolling line etc. for many steel plants both at home and abroad. The capacity of DHI·DCW in design, manufacture and installation occupies the leading position in China. The specifications of main products are as follows:

 Hot Rolling Equipments:

Section steel and rod wire rolling mills: 300, 350, 400, 450, 550mm rolling mills;Plate train – medium and thick plate rolling mills: four-high rolling mill, rolling and cutting type length sizing device, rolling and cutting type double edge shearing device, rolling and cutting type double edge disk shearing device, hay cutter shearing device (hydraulic and electrical), cooling bed, nine-high, eleven-high straightening machines, slab stacking machine etc. Above equipments can form 3000, 3500, 3800 medium plate rolling mill production line.

Plate rolling mill – strip steel hot continuous rolling mill: edger mill, four-high rough rolling mill, four-high finish rolling mill, coil box, fly shearing machine, underground coil machine, flow cooling device, high-pressure water dephosphorization device, equipments in transfer area etc. Above equipments can form 950, 1250, 1450, 1500, 1700, 1780, 2050, 2250 hot rolling mill production line.

 Cold Rolling Equipments:

Reversible strip steel cold rolling mill with single stand: 900, 950, 1200, 1450, 1700mm;

Four-high cold rolling straightening mill with single stand: 900, 950, 1200, 1450, 1700mm;

Horizontal shearing recoil rolling mill: 900, 950, 1200, 1450, 1700mm;

Continuous rolling mill with multi-stand: 900, 950, 1200, 1450, 1700mm (cold continuous rolling mill with five-stand).

160t cold shearing machine was awarded 1981 year's high quality product by Machinery Department and high quality product by Liaoning Province.

The complete set of 1500mm wide strip hot rolling mill was awarded the 272 nd new record of the eleventh section China Enterprise New Record by China Enterprise Federation and China Enterpriser Association.
